Warm-Up and Posture School

Your choreographer opens with ballroom frames and Latin hip action — the two ingredients that make everything afterwards look professional. Sequins are optional at this stage but strongly encouraged from the start.

Learn the Showdance

The routine builds in short sections, blending cha-cha-cha sass, jive kicks and a Paso Doble moment of pure drama. The bride is the celebrity, the rest of you are her professionals, and nobody needs a partner.

The Blackpool-Worthy Finale

The full showdance, performed and filmed, then scored by the group with all the ceremony of a Sunday results show. We cannot promise a glitterball, but tens all round are traditional.

Ballroom needs partners — do we have to pair up?

No. The routine is built for a group, not couples: Latin sections are danced solo in formation, and any partner-style moments are optional and easily swapped. If some of you fancy pairing up for the American Smooth, brilliant — but nobody has to.

How does pricing work for a Strictly hen party?

One flat rate for the whole group: from £140 plus venue hire for an hour, or £165 plus venue for ninety minutes. Six hens or twenty-six, the price never changes — no per-person maths and nothing lost if someone has to drop out.

Can the choreographer come to where we are staying?

Yes — in all 67 cities we cover, your choreographer comes to your hotel, Airbnb or a hired hall, or we can book one of our partner studios if you want mirrors and a proper sprung floor for the full Blackpool feel.

What should we wear — and can we go full sequins?

Please go full sequins. We do not supply costumes or props, so bring your own sparkle — sequinned tops, feather boas and anything that catches the light all photograph beautifully. On your feet, anything secure you can move in; save the stilettos for dinner.
