Dance Classes
Twenty styles, sixty-seven cities, one rule: taught by working professional dancers. Pick your style below, then find the class nearest you.
Weekly Classes Taught by Professionals
Every Dance Centre UK class — from a first-timer salsa session to an advanced street dance workshop — is taught by someone who dances for a living. Our teachers perform and choreograph across TV, music and theatre, and they bring that standard to a weekly class near you.
Most classes are drop-in, so there is no term commitment to start: turn up, dance, and decide if it is your thing. Beginner and improver levels run side by side in the popular styles, adult and children's sessions are separate, and partner styles rotate partners so nobody needs a plus-one.
Pick a style. Pick a city. Turn up in comfortable clothes. That is genuinely all there is to it.

Questions, Answered
How do I join a dance class?
Pick your style below, then choose your city on the style's page — every local class page lists the venue, day, time and how to book. Most classes are drop-in, so you can usually just turn up to your first session.
How much do dance classes cost?
Drop-in classes start from around £8 depending on the city and style, with discounted block bookings at most venues. Exact local prices are on each city's class page.
Are classes for adults or children?
Both. Adult classes run across all 20 styles, and most cities run separate children's sessions grouped by age, taught by professionals with enhanced DBS checks.
Do I need experience or a partner?
Neither. Every style runs a beginner level, and in partner styles like salsa, bachata and ballroom we rotate partners, so solo dancers are always welcome.
