Pick a Hen Party Theme. We Build the Routine.

Every Coventry hen party dance class opens the same way — the group picks the bride's theme from all 38+, be it Beyoncé, ABBA or Wicked, then spends the afternoon building one routine to perform together by the end.

A professional choreographer breaks down each move in a private studio near Broadgate, over at FarGo Village on Far Gosford Street or along medieval Spon Street — or loads up the speaker and comes to your hotel or Airbnb across Coventry and Warwickshire. The one flat rate covers the lot.

Learn it across the afternoon, spill into the Cathedral Lanes cocktail bars as the night gets going, then dust it off again for the wedding dance floor months down the line — that's a Coventry hen do.

One Flat Price. No Per-Head Maths.

Nearly every hen-party company in Coventry still charges by the head, so the bill lurches about every time a name drops off the list. We turn that on its head — a single flat fee for the whole room, no matter how many make it out.

  1. Choose your theme

Pick your theme — scroll the full set of 38+ and land on the bride's favourite. Stuck between two? Your choreographer will gladly fold them together.

  2. Pick studio or come-to-you

Grab a private space right in the city centre with the nightlife a step away, or send the choreographer out to wherever the group has based itself for the weekend.

  3. Learn the routine together

Every move is taught in small, beginner-friendly pieces — nobody gets judged, nobody gets left standing awkwardly at the edge of the room.

  4. Perform it — maybe twice

Your final run-through gets filmed and hits the group chat within minutes — and a good number of these routines resurface for an encore at the wedding.

Wedding Dance Lessons in Coventry

The first dance is the most-filmed ninety seconds of the whole reception, and it deserves better than a nervous side-to-side. We choreograph a private routine to fit your song and your nerve — anything from understated to unashamed showstopper — at a city-centre studio or your own venue.

Four to six lessons across the two months before the wedding suits most couples, though our Last Minute intensive — two hours, one session — has pulled more than one fortnight-to-go pair out of the fire. Packages start from £75; song editing and filmed rehearsals are rolled in as you climb the range.

Questions, Answered

The things Coventry couples and hen organisers ask before booking — the where, the price, whether a total-beginner group can keep up, and how much notice we need. Anything we've missed here, the forms below reach us inside a working day.

Whereabouts in Coventry do the classes and hen parties happen?

Partner studios sit right in the city centre near Broadgate and the precincts, with more out at FarGo Village on Far Gosford Street and along medieval Spon Street — children's classes run in neighbourhoods from Earlsdon to Foleshill, and your exact address is confirmed when you book. For a hen do or private session the choreographer packs a speaker and comes to your hotel, Airbnb or hired room anywhere across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Is the hen party charged per person or per group?

Per group, always — a single figure no matter who shows up on the day. One flat number covers the lot: £140 for an hour or £165 for ninety minutes, plus whatever the room costs, and it doesn't budge whether ten hens turn out or twenty-two. If someone drops out at the eleventh hour, nobody else is left topping up the difference.

And the weekly classes — what's the damage?

Every class is a flat £8, whether you drop in for one or book a four-week block, and that covers any of the twenty styles. No sign-up fee, no membership, no contract — heels this week, salsa the next, Bollywood the week after if the mood takes you.

What if not one of us can actually dance?

Then you're exactly the crowd these sessions were built around. Every style starts with a genuine beginners' tier, and the hen routines assume half the group hasn't set foot on a dance floor in years. For our teachers, the real win is watching the most nervous one in the room light up and muck in before the opening track has even finished.

So who's actually teaching us?

The people out front are jobbing dancers and choreographers from Coventry's own scene — they spend their weeks touring, shooting and gigging around the city that invented 2 Tone and still tells the tale of Lady Godiva, and slot teaching in around the diary. Any children's class is led by a DBS-checked professional.

How much notice do you need?

A weekly class you can normally drop into the very week you get in touch. Hen weekends are different — book those in good time, because Coventry reels in hen and stag parties from all over Warwickshire and straight off the M6, and the peak summer Saturdays get snapped up months ahead; four or five months' lead is ideal. First-dance couples usually kick off around eight to ten weeks before the wedding.

What Our Dancers Say

Hen dos, first dances and weekly regulars, from all over Coventry and the wider West Midlands.

Sixteen of us learned a whole Spice Girls routine in a FarGo Village studio before piling into the Cathedral Lanes bars. Our teacher was an absolute scream, and that last-run video is still pinned at the top of the group chat.

Katie B. Maid of honour, Coventry

I wandered into a Tuesday-night salsa class near Broadgate after work and I've been at the socials every week since. Partners rotate the whole time, so within a month you've danced with half of Coventry.

Marcus J. Weekly student, Coventry

We booked five wedding lessons over in Leamington Spa and turned hopeless shuffling into a genuine routine, dip and all. Splashing out on that final run-through at the venue itself was the smartest call of the whole day.

Studios cluster in the city centre around Broadgate, out at FarGo Village on Far Gosford Street and along medieval Spon Street, while kids' classes run in neighbourhoods from Earlsdon to Foleshill. On Foot & By Rail

The centre is compact, flat and pedestrianised, so it's an easy stroll from Coventry railway station into Broadgate — and the fast Coventry–Birmingham line drops groups right into the middle of things.

Rolling In For the Day

Most hen groups roll in by train to the rebuilt Coventry station or come off the M6, M69 or M40 onto the ring road — pick a studio near where you're staying and the day falls into place.

Driving? Park Once

There's no tram and no congestion charge here — just the junction-numbered ring road with multi-storeys at the Station, Cathedral Lanes and Lower Precinct tucked just inside it. Leave the car in one and walk; the centre is tiny.

We Come to You

Staying in a hotel, an Airbnb or booking a hired room? The choreographer will bring the entire session to your door, right across the city, Warwickshire and out toward the wider West Midlands — sound system and playlist included.
