Wedding Dance Lessons
Private first-dance choreography built to your song — from a simple, confident waltz to a showstopper that brings the reception to its feet. In 67 cities, or at your venue.
Skip the Nervous Sway
Your first dance is the most photographed ninety seconds of the reception — and the one part most couples leave to chance. Our ballroom and commercial choreographers build private routines for couples at every level, set to your song, shaped around what you actually feel comfortable doing.
Lessons are private, patient and planned backwards from your wedding date. Most couples book four to six sessions in the two or three months before the day; plenty add a final rehearsal at the venue itself so the routine fits the real floor.
Your song, your pace, your choreographer — and a first dance people film for the right reasons.
The Classic First Dance
A simple, elegant routine built on waltz or rumba foundations — confident, romantic and impossible to get wrong on the night.
The Surprise Showstopper
Starts as a slow dance, breaks into something nobody saw coming. The crowd reaction is the whole point — we choreograph for it.
Parent Dances
Father-of-the-bride and mother-of-the-groom routines, kept simple and meaningful — a lovely surprise second act.
Bridal Party Routine
Get the whole wedding party in on it — often learned at the hen party and resurrected at the reception.
Song Edits & Mashups
Too long, wrong tempo, two favourite songs? We edit and splice your track so the routine fits the music perfectly.
Venue Rehearsal
A final session at the wedding venue itself, so the floor, the dress and the shoes hold no surprises.

Questions, Answered
How many lessons do we need?
Most couples book four to six sessions. A simple, confident first dance can come together in three; a choreographed showstopper with lifts usually wants six or more. We will advise honestly once we hear your song and your ambitions.
When should we start lessons?
Two to three months before the wedding is the sweet spot — enough time to learn without cramming, close enough that you will not forget it. Later than that? Still ask; we have rescued plenty of first dances in a fortnight.
Can you choreograph to our song?
Yes, any song. Your choreographer builds the routine to your exact track — including edits if you want to shorten it or splice in a surprise switch halfway through.
We have two left feet. Honestly.
You are our favourite kind of couple. Wedding routines are built from simple, repeatable steps that photograph beautifully — no dance background required, and no step goes in until you are both comfortable with it.
Do you travel to our venue?
Yes. Lessons run at partner studios in all 67 cities, or your choreographer travels to your home or wedding venue — useful for a final rehearsal in the actual space.
