One company, 67 cities. Wherever the hen do lands, we are already there.

Hen Party Dance Classes with 38+ Themes

From Spice Girls to Burlesque, Dirty Dancing to Beyoncé — choose a theme and a professional choreographer builds the whole routine with your group, in a private room, in whichever city the hen weekend takes you.

Over a thousand hen parties taught and counting. No experience needed, no audience except the bride's favourite people, and one flat price however many of you turn up.

The bit of the hen do everyone is still talking about at the wedding.

Wedding First Dance Lessons

Skip the nervous side-to-side sway. Our ballroom and commercial choreographers build private first-dance routines for couples at every level — a simple, confident waltz or a full surprise showstopper, set to your song.

Lessons run at partner studios in any of our 67 cities, or your choreographer travels to your venue. Most couples book four to six sessions in the two or three months before the wedding, and plenty pair them with a hen party dance class so the whole bridal party arrives ready to perform.

Questions, Answered

The things people usually ask before booking — cities, pricing, experience levels and how far ahead to plan. Anything else, email us and we will reply within one working day.

Which cities does Dance Centre UK cover?

We currently run classes and hen parties in 67 cities, from London, Manchester and Birmingham to Edinburgh, Cardiff and Brighton. Pick your city from the list on this page to see everything running near you — and if your town is not listed, get in touch, because our choreographers travel.

How does the flat-rate hen party pricing work?

One fixed price covers your entire group — from £140 plus venue hire for an hour, or £165 plus venue for ninety minutes. Six hens or twenty-six, the total never moves, so there is no per-person maths and nobody chasing money in the group chat when plans change.

Can the choreographer come to us instead?

Yes. In every city we cover, you can either use one of our partner studios or have the choreographer come to your hotel, Airbnb or hired hall. Most hen groups staying together for the weekend choose the come-to-you option.

Do we need any dance experience?

No experience needed for hen parties or beginner classes. Routines are taught step by step in short sections, so total beginners keep up with the friends who dance every week. For weekly classes, most styles run beginner and improver levels.

How far ahead should we book?

For hen parties we suggest three to five months ahead — summer Saturdays in popular cities go first. Weekly classes can usually be joined the same week, and wedding dance lessons are best started two to three months before the big day.

Who teaches the classes?

All of our teachers are working professional dancers and choreographers with industry credits across TV, music and theatre. Every class — from a first-timer salsa session to a full hen party routine — is taught by a professional, not a trainee.

What Our Dancers Say

Hen parties, first dances and weekly classes in cities up and down the country — here is what keeps people booking us again.

Booked the Beyoncé theme for my sister's hen do in Brighton. The choreographer came straight to our Airbnb, and eighteen of us learned the whole routine in the living room. Best money of the weekend.

Amy W. Maid of honour, Brighton

The flat rate saved the group chat. Two people dropped out the week before and the price did not change a penny. Our teacher in Leeds had everyone laughing within minutes — even the reluctant ones.

Sophie D. Bridesmaid, Leeds

We did six wedding dance lessons in Manchester and went from two left feet to a first dance people actually filmed. Our choreographer worked around shift patterns without any fuss.
