Pick a Hen Party Theme. We Build the Routine.

Every hen party dance class in Glasgow is built on a theme. Pick one of 38+ — Beyoncé, ABBA, Wicked among them — and by home time the entire group knows one routine from top to bottom, with the video to prove it.

Your choreographer breaks the routine into easy sections at a private Merchant City or Finnieston studio, or brings it all to the hen HQ — hotel or Airbnb — anywhere in greater Glasgow. One booking, one flat price, everybody in.

Routine mastered by teatime, Merchant City cocktails or the Finnieston strip after dark — that is a Glasgow hen day sorted from start to finish.

One Flat Price. No Per-Head Maths.

Plenty of hen companies quote per head, then requote every time somebody drops out. Ours works differently: the group pays one set amount, full stop — whether the WhatsApp chat delivers eight dancers on the day or eighteen.

  1. Choose your theme

Work through the 38+ themes and settle on the one with the bride's name written all over it. Can't split two favourites? A blended routine is no bother.

  2. Pick studio or come-to-you

Book a private studio in the Merchant City or Finnieston with the bars a short stroll away, or have the choreographer arrive at your accommodation anywhere in greater Glasgow.

  3. Learn the routine together

Short, repeatable sections stack up into the full routine — pitched at total beginners, with nobody left hovering at the edges.

  4. Perform it — maybe twice

We film the last run-through so the group chat has its trophy — and don't be surprised when the routine resurfaces at the reception.

Wedding Dance Lessons in Glasgow

Every camera in the room comes out for the first dance, so give them more than a shuffle. In private sessions at our Merchant City and Finnieston studios — or at your venue — a choreographer shapes a routine around your song, as simple or as theatrical as you like.

Four to six sessions across the run-up suits most couples, and a two-hour Last Minute intensive exists for anyone who blinked and found the wedding a fortnight away. Prices start at £75, with song editing and filmed rehearsals arriving in the bigger packages.

Questions, Answered

The things Glaswegians want to know before they book — studios, prices, beginners and timings. For anything we have missed, send an enquiry — replies land inside one working day.

Which parts of Glasgow host the classes and hen parties?

Our partner studios sit in the Merchant City and over in Finnieston at the West End side of town — exact address confirmed on booking — with children's classes spread right across the city. Hen groups and private bookings can instead have the choreographer come out to wherever in greater Glasgow the weekend is based.

Is the hen party price really the same for any group size?

Yes — one flat figure covers everybody: an hour costs £140 plus venue, ninety minutes costs £165 plus venue, and five hens pay exactly what twenty-five would. When the guest list shifts, nothing gets recalculated.

What do weekly classes cost in Glasgow?

Flat £8 a class, whether that's a casual drop-in or a four-week block — every style, same price. With no contracts or joining fees you are free to sample salsa one week and ballet the next.

Can complete beginners join in?

Absolutely none needed — beginners are the point. Each style has an entry level, and hen choreography assumes the last dancing most of the group did was at a céilidh or a wedding. Getting nervous first-timers moving is what our teachers do all week.

Who will actually be teaching us in Glasgow?

Professional dancers and choreographers based in and around Glasgow — performers who tour, take commercial jobs and dance on Scotland's stages, teaching around their performing diaries. Children's sessions are always led by fully vetted, background-checked teachers.

When should we get a booking in?

There is usually space in a weekly class within days. Hen weekends are another story — Glasgow is Scotland's biggest hen destination and summer Saturdays vanish early, so allow three to five months. Couples ideally begin first-dance lessons around ten weeks out.

What Our Dancers Say

Hen dos, first dances and weekly classes from every corner of Glasgow.

Twelve of us took the Spice Girls class at a Merchant City studio and were out in Finnieston an hour after it finished. Our teacher was brilliant fun and the finale video has been watched roughly a thousand times.

Eilidh M. Maid of honour, Glasgow

Took a punt on the Thursday salsa class after work and now the Merchant City socials are a fixture in my week. Rotating partners means you're never stuck dancing with your own nerves.

Craig D. Weekly student, Glasgow

Four first-dance lessons in Finnieston took us from dreading the whole thing to properly enjoying it — the dip got its own cheer. Rehearsing on the venue floor beforehand settled every last nerve.

Find Us in Glasgow

Studios in the Merchant City and out west in Finnieston, kids' classes citywide, and choreographers happy to travel across the west of Scotland — the exact address arrives with your booking confirmation.

By Subway

The Subway — the Clockwork Orange, to locals — loops the centre and the West End, putting both studio districts in easy reach; evening classes start with commuters in mind.

Coming Into Town

Glasgow Central is Scotland's busiest station, and Queen Street covers Edinburgh and the north — hen groups from Stirling, Edinburgh and the whole west coast arrive by rail all the time.

Honestly, Don't Drive

The city centre is a Low Emission Zone, so older cars cannot come in at all — train or Subway is the smart arrival. Committed to driving? Buchanan Galleries and St Enoch car parks are the practical bets.

We Travel Too

Choreographers bring the speaker and the playlist to your hotel, Airbnb or hired hall — greater Glasgow and the wider west of Scotland are all covered.
