About This Spice Girls Hen Party Dance Class in Preston
If you'll tell us what you really, really want, we'll tell you it involves a room full of hens throwing shapes to Wannabe in the heart of Preston. This class hands your group the full nineties girl-power package — the strut of Spice Up Your Life, the finger-point of Stop, the hands-in-the-air chorus of Wannabe — taught bar by bar by a choreographer who keeps it playful and keeps everyone moving. The steps come in small, cheerful chunks so the whole group is singing along and dancing at the same time before you know it.
The genius of a Spice Girls hen is that everyone already knows the words, so all we add is the moves and a bit of formation. We assign the room its Scary, Sporty, Baby, Ginger and Posh moments, drill the zig-a-zig-ah, and layer it into a routine you will be doing at the wedding whether people ask you to or not. Zero experience needed — this is about laughing your way to something you can genuinely perform. Run it at our city-centre studio near the Flag Market, over Fulwood way, or at your own venue across town.
Groups come in from Penwortham, Ribbleton, Bamber Bridge and further out because it is nostalgic, daft and surprisingly slick by the finish. One flat rate covers the lot — £140 for an hour, £165 for ninety minutes, instructor only — with fizz on offer at a flat £10. When you have spiced up your life, Fishergate is right there for a bit of retail and cocktails, and the Adelphi on Fylde Street is a solid first stop before the night proper begins.

What Our Hens Say
Spice Girls hen parties we have taught across Preston.
"We spent the whole hour crying laughing and somehow came out with a proper routine. Everyone fought over who got to be Scary. The bride has already shown the video to about forty people."
— Georgina Cronshaw ★★★★★"Booked the Fulwood studio for sixteen of us and it was brilliant value at one flat price. The Wannabe formation looked so much slicker than it felt. Perfect start to the Preston weekend."
— Toni Fishwick ★★★★★"None of us could dance and it did not matter one bit. The choreographer kept it daft and welcoming the whole way through. We spiced up our lives and then hit Fishergate. Ideal."
— Marnie Southworth ★★★★★"Pure nostalgia from start to finish. We knew every word so all we had to learn was the moves, and she made that easy. Best hen activity in Preston, hands down."
— Priya Winckley ★★★★★Spice Girls Hen Party FAQ
Everything you need to know about our Spice Girls hen party dance class in Preston.
Which Spice Girls songs will we dance to in Preston? +
Most groups go for a medley of Wannabe, Spice Up Your Life and Stop, with room to add Say You'll Be There or Who Do You Think You Are if the bride insists. Just let us know in advance.
Do we need any dance experience for the Spice Girls class? +
None whatsoever. If you can sing along to Wannabe you can do this — the moves are taught in small, repeated chunks and pitched squarely at beginners having a laugh.
How large can the Spice Girls hen group be? +
From 5 to 30. Bigger parties get an additional choreographer so everyone learns together and no one is left watching from the sidelines.
Will you come to our venue in Preston? +
Yes. Use our studio near the Flag Market or the Fulwood one, or we travel to your hotel, Airbnb or hall anywhere across Preston, Penwortham, Ribbleton and Bamber Bridge.
How much is the Spice Girls hen party? +
A flat £140 for one hour or £165 for ninety minutes, covering the whole group rather than each person. Bubbly can be added at a flat £10 for a toast.
Should we dress up for the Spice Girls hen do? +
Absolutely — union-jack dresses, leopard print, platform trainers, mini-dresses, pick your Spice and run with it. Comfy shoes dance best but come as your favourite and we will make it work.
