Usually a private studio in the walkable centre — handy for the Lanes, Tombland and Prince of Wales Road afterwards — though we're just as glad to come to your hotel or cottage. There's no tram here, so it's buses, taxis and driving, with the train station over at Riverside and Park & Ride on the edges. Give a little extra time on a busy Saturday.
None of us can really dance — is that a problem?
Not in the slightest. The routine comes in small pieces, each repeated until it sticks, and the whole thing is pitched for total beginners — it clicks far quicker than anyone expects walking in. Keenness beats talent every time, and the video always flatters the group.
Can everyone join in — different fitness levels, pregnant, or not drinking?
Absolutely. The choreography scales to any fitness level, drinking is never expected, and moves can be eased right back for anyone pregnant or carrying a knock — mention it on the booking form. Sober or on the fizz, it's a laugh, and no one's ever left out.
How early should we book a Norwich hen party?
For a summer Saturday, three to five months is sensible — the best dates go early once wedding season fills up. Midweek and quieter months can often be sorted in a week or two.
Can we keep the routine for the wedding?
