About This 90s Hen Party Dance Class in Middlesbrough

Bucket hats, butterfly clips and choreography you can throw down without a single lesson in a chart-topping vocal — that's our 90s dance hen party Middlesbrough. Your instructor comes to you and teaches the bride's group a proper girl-band-versus-pop-anthem routine, all attitude and finger-clicks and a chorus everyone already knows by heart. It's the decade Middlesbrough opened the Riverside and watched Juninho light up Ironopolis, so there's plenty of home-grown swagger to lean into.

We keep it firmly its own thing — no borrowed identity, just Smoggie confidence and a routine built to make the whole crew feel unstoppable. Whether the bride was a Spice-obsessed nine-year-old or a moody indie kid, we shape the counts around the track she'd fight you over, then drill it until the group snaps into formation together. That's the whole joy of a 90s dance hen do Middlesbrough — twelve mates who couldn't dance an hour ago suddenly hitting the same pose and screaming.

Pricing stays flat and clear: £140 for an hour, £165 for ninety minutes, instructor only, room hire added on top just if you need it, and bubbly an optional tenner a head. We travel right across Teesside — town-centre hotels, Acklam, Marton, Nunthorpe, Coulby Newham — so the only homework is digging out a pair of combats and something with glitter on it.

What Our Hens Say

90s hen parties we have taught across Middlesbrough.

"We did a full-on girl-band routine and it was the highlight of the hen. Came to our place in Acklam, sorted the music we wanted, and had a room full of grown women screaming a Spice Girls chorus in minutes."

— Kirsty Pallister ★★★★★
90s

"Proper 90s throwback and dead easy to pick up. The instructor read the room brilliantly for a Teesside lot and had even the shy ones giving it the full attitude by the end."

— Hayley Vasey ★★★★★

"Bucket hats, combats, the lot. Flat price meant no messing about with per-head sums and the routine carried us straight into the night out. Ten out of ten."

— Michelle Boagey ★★★★★

"Booked it for my best mate and she was buzzing. Loads of laughing, no judgement, and we still remembered the moves later on Bedford Street. Perfect start to the weekend."

— Rachel Hebron ★★★★★

90s Hen Party FAQ

Everything you need to know about our 90s hen party dance class in Middlesbrough.

Do we have to travel to a studio in Middlesbrough? +

No. The instructor comes to you — a hotel room, apartment or hall anywhere across Middlesbrough and Teesside. If you would rather a central space, we can point you to a studio around Centre Square and the Baker Street and Bedford Street area. The exact location is confirmed when you book.

What is the total cost? +

A flat £140 for the hour or £165 for ninety minutes, covering the instructor and choreography. A room is only charged if you need us to arrange one. Bubbly is an optional flat £10. There are no per-person add-ons sneaking onto the bill.

We're genuinely not dancers — will we cope? +

Easily. Every step is built for beginners and taught slowly, and it is meant to be a laugh first and a masterpiece second. Your group will still walk away with a full 90s routine they can nail together.

Can we choose the music? +

Yes — tell us the bride's must-have 90s track when you enquire and we'll choreograph around it, whether that's peak girl-band, a boyband singalong or a dance-floor classic.

How do we move around town for the rest of the day? +

There is no tram or metro in Middlesbrough, so groups usually come in by train to Middlesbrough railway station and then walk or taxi between the central bars. Our class venues are handy for the Bedford Street strip and the Albert Road bars.

Is there a group-size limit? +

Roughly five to thirty hens works best, and bigger groups are welcome — we just make sure the room fits everyone comfortably. Send us your numbers when you get in touch.
