Hen Party Dance Class Dundee
The Hen Party Activity Dundee Books Most
Everyone Learns the Same Number
The point of a Dundee dance hen party is simple: the whole group ends up dancing the same routine, together, with nobody drifting to the bar and nobody stuck on filming duty. Give it an hour or ninety minutes under a professional choreographer and it closes on a performance you will film and rewatch for years. Marrying shortly after? The same choreographers run our wedding dance lessons.
A Short Step From the Bars
Take a private studio in the centre or the West End and you are only a short stroll from the Perth Road bars and the tighter cluster of places off Nethergate — or, just as easily, the choreographer brings the whole thing to your hotel or holiday let, speaker in hand, right across Dundee and out into Angus and north Fife. Hooked afterwards? Keep it going at our weekly dance classes in Dundee.
38+ Themes, a Single Price
Decades, pop icons, stage musicals, world styles — pick whatever the bride actually loves and we build the routine on that. Pricing stays blunt and simple: a flat £140 stands for the whole hen no matter the headcount, never a charge per person, so a bigger turnout just means the shared total splits further — often down to a few pounds a head. Dundee is an easy place to gather a scattered group, with the station right on the waterfront and the bridge over the Tay. Lock in a date.

+£10How It Works
- Pick a theme — 38+ to choose from; go for the bride's favourite, not the strongest mover.
- Lock the date — a summer Saturday in Dundee is worth booking three to five months ahead.
- Studio or we travel — a studio in the centre or West End, or the choreographer comes to you.
- Learn it, film it, enjoy it — the filmed finale is part of the deal; an encore is up to you.
Whether six turn up or thirty, the rate holds firm — the more of you there are, the less it works out per head.
Hen Party FAQ
What organisers ask before booking a hen party dance class in Dundee.
How much is a hen party dance class in Dundee?
It is a flat fee for the entire hen, not a per-person rate — £140 buys the hour and £165 the ninety-minute version, plus venue hire only where you take one of our rooms. Sharing one total means numbers work for you rather than against: split £140 across a dozen and you are barely past a tenner a head, a long way below the usual £25 to £35 per person elsewhere. Add a bottle of bubbly for £10 if you fancy.
Where does the class run, and how do we get to it?
Usually a private studio around the city centre or the West End — handy for the Perth Road bars and the places off Nethergate afterwards — though we are just as glad to come to your hotel or holiday flat. There is no tram or metro in Dundee: it is buses, taxis and driving, with the station right on the waterfront and road access over the Tay Road Bridge. The centre climbs uphill from the river, so allow a couple of extra minutes on the day.
Which theme should we go for?
Pick the theme the bride would happily perform stone-cold sober. The classics — Spice Girls, ABBA, Beyoncé — never go out of fashion, and the musical sets like SIX and Wicked are booked more and more. If two of them are tied in your head, your choreographer can blend a routine from both.
What if none of us can actually dance?
Most groups walk in convinced they cannot, and it never matters. We hand the choreography over in bite-sized chunks, looping each until it settles, and the whole routine is built for people who have never danced — it lands sooner than anyone believes at the start. Enthusiasm carries it, and the camera is kinder than the mirror.
Can everyone take part — different fitness levels, pregnant, not drinking?
Absolutely, on every count. Routines scale to whatever fitness the group has, drinking is entirely optional, and moves can be softened for anyone expecting or carrying a knock; a quick note on the form is all we need. Fizz in hand or fully sober, everyone is in it together and no one is left on the side.
Can we keep the routine for the wedding?
A lot of couples end up doing just that. Mention it early and we will build the routine sturdy enough to survive the wait and reappear when the reception dancing kicks off. A good few of these bookings, honestly, started out as a wedding surprise the couple planned in secret.
