Join Our Cardiff Team
Cardiff is our hub for Wales and the diary keeps filling — weekly classes, weekend hen parties, wedding choreography and school workshops, every one of them wanting a professional dancer who can lead a room.
Paid On Time
From £22 an hour on weekly classes and £25 on hen parties and wedding choreography — settled in writing before you begin, paid on time, and never an invoice left hanging.
Fitted Round Your Career
You set the availability; we fill it. Cardiff is a genuine TV and touring city, so most of our teachers here put in two to ten hours a week between filming, contracts and auditions — and press pause the moment a job lands.
Room to Grow
Build your own weekly class with our marketing behind it, pick up casting leads from our events roster, and move between roles as your range widens.

Dance Jobs Cardiff FAQ
The questions dancers ask us most before joining the Cardiff team.
Is a formal teaching qualification needed to apply for dance jobs in Cardiff?
Preferred, but never a must. What earns you the work is real dance training or stage experience and the knack of holding a room — a good few of our Cardiff instructors learned to teach by performing first, never from a certificate.
What do your dance instructors in Cardiff get paid?
Weekly classes begin at £22 an hour, with hen-party and wedding choreography from £25. The figure is fixed in writing before each booking, paid on schedule, and reviewed upward as your hours grow.
Which dance styles are you recruiting teachers for in Cardiff?
All twenty styles on the timetable — from ballet and ballroom to street, K-pop and heels — plus hen-party instructors and wedding choreographers. Cardiff is our busiest diary in Wales, so teachers who cover several styles fill their weeks fastest.
Is the teaching freelance or a fixed contract?
Freelance throughout, shaped around the hours you give us. Some teachers keep a single weekly class; others stack classes, weekend hen parties and school workshops into an almost-full week. Nothing is use-it-or-lose-it.
I still perform and audition — will teaching fit around it?
That is exactly who we hire. Cardiff is a working TV and touring city, and most of our team here perform between contracts and teach around it. Give us your availability and we will build the diary inside it — then pause it the week a tour or shoot takes over.
