Sixteen of us took on the Bollywood theme in a studio just off Victoria Square, then walked round to the Market Place for a curry afterwards. The bride could not stop laughing, the aunties would not sit down, and we finished with a proper routine — colour, spins and all.

Twenty styles of weekly classes, 38+ themed hen parties and wedding first dances — taught by working professional dancers who choreograph across Bolton and the wider borough.
Pick a Hen Party Theme. We Build the Routine.
A hen party dance class in Bolton opens on a theme — Beyoncé, ABBA, Wicked, anything from the 38+ on the list — and ends with everyone on their feet, delivering a routine the group learned from scratch in one afternoon.
A professional choreographer walks the group through every step in a private studio near the town centre, or brings the whole class to your hotel or hired room anywhere across the borough. One flat rate covers everyone who shows up.
Afternoon rehearsal, an evening meal off Victoria Square, then the finished routine reprised on the wedding day — that is how a Bolton hen weekend should run.
One Flat Price. No Per-Head Maths.
Plenty of hen party outfits still bill by the head, so the total lurches every time a name joins or drops off the list. We set a single price for the entire group — no matter how many finally make it to the studio.

Start with the theme
Scroll the 38+ themes and pick whichever feels most like the bride. Stuck between a couple? Your choreographer will gladly weave them into a single routine.
-
Studio, or we come to you
A private room a few minutes from the town centre with the night ahead on the doorstep, or your choreographer heads out to wherever you are staying across the borough.
-
Learn it as a group
Each section is taught slowly and looped until it lands — built for total beginners, with nobody left hovering at the back.

Then perform it
The final filmed take is in your hands before you leave, and a fair few routines get an encore on the wedding day.

Wedding Dance Lessons in Bolton
Your first dance is the moment every camera in the room is pointed at — too important to leave to a nervous shuffle. Our choreographers shape a private routine to your song, from understated and graceful to a full showstopper, at a Bolton studio or your own venue.
Plenty of couples spread four to six lessons across the run-up to the big day, while the two-hour Last Minute intensive has salvaged more than one last-fortnight crisis. Packages start at £75, with song edits and filmed run-throughs added as you step up.

Questions, Answered
The questions Bolton dancers send us most — studios, prices, getting in and booking windows. For anything else, a message through the enquiry forms reaches us within a working day.
Where in Bolton will we actually be dancing?
Partner studios sit in and around the town centre — close to Victoria Square, the Market Place and the Octagon — with children's classes reaching out to Harwood, Halliwell and Bromley Cross. For hen parties and private bookings, the choreographer will also travel to your hotel, hired hall or home anywhere across the Bolton borough.
How much does a weekly dance class in Bolton cost?
Every class is £8, whether you drop in once or take a four-week block, and that holds across all twenty styles. There is no membership and no contract, so you might try street one week and ballroom the next.
What is included in the flat-rate hen party price?
One figure covers the entire group — £140 for an hour or £165 for ninety minutes, each plus the venue — no matter whether eight of you turn up or twenty-six. There is no per-head arithmetic, and the price stays put when the guest list shifts.
Do any of us need dance experience first?
None needed. There is a genuine beginner tier in every style, and the hen choreography is built so the shakiest mover in the room keeps right up. Our teachers are working pros who have total beginners looking sharp before the class is even half done.
Can we get to the Bolton studios by train or bus?
Easily. Bolton railway station and the Interchange next door leave the town-centre studios a short walk away, and buses fan out from there to Horwich, Farnworth and Westhoughton. There are no trams in Bolton, so it is heavy rail and buses — tell us where you are setting off from and we will point you to the nearest studio.
How far ahead should we book?
You can normally jump into a weekly class the same week you ask. Summer Saturday hen slots get booked up fast, so aim for three to five months' notice, and first-dance couples usually begin lessons two to three months before the wedding.
What Our Dancers Say
Weekly regulars, wedding couples and hen groups from right across the Bolton borough.
Years of telling myself I had missed my chance at tap, and then I finally booked the Wednesday beginners' class. One term on I can rattle through a time step, the shoes live by the front door now, and the folk in that Bolton class have become proper friends.
Gary N. Weekly student, FarnworthWe had five lessons before the wedding and spent most of the first one convinced it was hopeless. It absolutely was not — we danced to our song in front of everyone at Rivington without a single fumble, then taught both dads the chorus at the reception.
